Every order is inspected for quality assurance before shipment. All items are packaged and shipped out in a strong, sturdy and sealed envelope. Due to the nature of the purchased products, return for refunds must be approved by an ALPHAGVRD team member. In order to receive a return for refund, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Non-defective items must be returned unused and unopened with the original packaging and materials intact.

If an order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. Our mercenaries will do their best to help remedy the order for you.
